To start taking classes on LabaCloud, you’ll need to set up an account.
To create a LabaCloud account:
Once you create your account, you can change your account settings any time.
You’ll need to verify your email address in order to do certain things on the platform (such as resetting your password).
If you don’t want to use your account anymore, you can delete your account.
You can also deactivate your account by contacting us.
Keep in mind that deleting your account will also delete any certificates you’ve earned on our platform. We won’t be able to recover these certificates for you, so be sure to download them from your Accomplishments before deleting your account. To use LabaCloud in the future, you’ll need to create a new account to use LabaCloud again.
If you’d like to stop getting emails from LabaCloud, you can change your email settings.
If you’d like to temporarily deactivate your account instead, just contact us to let us know.
When you delete your account, all your account information will be deleted. This includes your course certificates and payment information. Any current subscriptions will be canceled.
If your subscriptions is eligible for a refund, we’ll automatically issue it to you when you delete your account – you don’t need to contact our support team.
Refunds take 5-7 days to be reflected in your account.
