LabaCloud’s mission is to improve lives through learning. We enable anyone anywhere to create and share educational content (instructors) and to access that educational content to learn (students). We consider our marketplace model the best way to offer valuable educational content to our users. We need rules to keep our platform and services safe for you, us, and our student and instructor community. These Terms apply to all your activities on the LabaCloud website, our APIs, and other related services (“Services”).
Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual Property Rights refer to all legal rights associated with the protection of intellectual creations, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and design rights. These rights may be conferred by statute, common law, or equity, and may exist whether or not they are formally registered.
Under this Agreement, no transfer of ownership or rights to any intellectual property owned by our website or third parties is granted to you. All rights, titles, and interests in such intellectual property shall remain exclusively with our website. and its licensors. You are not authorized to use any of our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of these materials constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may result in legal action.

For your convenience, this Website may provide links or pointers to third-party sites or third-party content. We make no representations about any other websites or third-party content that may be accessed from this Website. If you choose to access any such sites, you do so at your own risk. We have no control over the third-party content or any such third-party sites and accept no responsibility for such sites or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. You are subject to any terms and conditions of such third-party sites.

Your provision of personal information through the Website is governed by our privacy policy located at the “Privacy Policy”.
If Student Is Younger Than 18 Years of Age
If Student is younger than 18 years of age all references to Student shall include his or her parents or guardian.
Failing the Course
You have a total of 3 attempts at all assignments and tests on our online courses. If you fail any of the assignments and tests, you fail the course.
If you do not attend both days for the offline course, you fail the course.
Prices
LabaCloud reserves the right to change any of the prices, services or other particulars contained on the website at any time.
Payments
All payments for our online and offline courses must be made in full either by Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat, Bank Deposit or by Bank Transfer. Once we receive payment you will be sent an email or website message with confirmation details of the payment and instructions on how to activate or start your course.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Online course:
If for any reason you do not wish to continue with the course and you notify us within 7 days from the date of purchase you will be entitled to a full refund. You will receive the refund within 14 days.
Offline courses:
Offline courses fees are subject to a non-refundable 30% deposit, which will be retained by our website should the trainee decide to cancel his/her participation in the course. You will not receive a refund if you cancel the course 5 days prior to the course commencing.
Global Language Training reserves the right to cancel your booking or make changes to your booking dates. If we cancel the course due to not having the minimum number of participants, we will provide a full refund of monies paid for the course within 5 days.
In the rare event of a Global trainer being unable to attend due to illness, transportation problem or other unusual circumstances beyond their control, the weekend or In-class course may be cancelled. Global TEFL will try to provide an alternative trainer if possible. This may not always be possible. Refunds of any fees paid will be made within 5 days but no liability shall be taken for travel or accommodation costs or expenses.
Weekend and In-class course date changes:
All changes need to be requested two weeks prior to the course date for a fee £20. Any changes within two weeks from the date of the course will not be accepted.
Complaints
Transfers of Courses
Online courses: If for any reason you do not wish to continue with the course you may transfer your course to a friend for an administrative fee of USD $10 subject to the following conditions:
- a. You can transfer the course within 2 months of the date of enrollment.
- b. You must confirm by email notification of transfer with details of the new trainee.
- c. You must not have submitted any assignments for marking.
- d. The new trainee is at least 18 years of age.
- e. The new trainee will commence the course from the beginning.
If two months have passed we can still do the transfer for a fee of USD $20. However, the above points b, c , d and e will apply.
Offline courses cannot be transferred.

Soft Copy Certificate & Hard Copy Certificate
You will be provided with a PDF certificate sent via email or other methods 7 days after you inform us of your course completion. You can print it or send it to any future employer via email. Your certificate can be verified online on our certificate validation link.
If you need a hard copy of your certificate sent via regular mail, there is an additional fee per certificate. If you wish to have it sent via express courier such as DHL or Fedex you will need to contact us for a quote on the price of shipping.

Availability of the Services
We accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
Complaints
Should you have a complaint please email to us immediately, providing us with much details as possible. We will acknowledge receipt of the complaint immediately and we will aim to resolve the matter within 21 days.
Amendment & Modification
We reserves the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any part (or the whole of) the Website including, but not limited to, the products and/or service available. These Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply to any modified version of the Website unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
